I’m 5’9, 19 year old dietetics major trying to get in shape by eating the right things so i can be able to follow my own advice and start showing others how to reach their goals!
starting weight: 160+, very active but very, very poor diet and slow and unhappy
current weight: 138, able to fit in all my old high school clothes, still moderately active and eating clean!
22 pounds down just from simply eating clean and moderate exercise over a year(: only 8 pounds left to go!
it barely took any effort besides not eating junk food, fast food, or candy!
